📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, just email us and we’ll check it for you.


When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delays may happen during peak holiday seasons, but we always work to get your package out as fast as possible.


How long does delivery take?

We offer three options at checkout:

  • Economy: 4–6 business days

  • Standard: 2–4 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping time begins once the order has been shipped.


Do you ship worldwide?

Right now, Furvana ships within the USA only to ensure consistent delivery times and quality control.


Will my items arrive together?

Some orders may ship in separate packages to get your items to you quicker.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.



🚚 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes — as long as your order has NOT been shipped yet.
If you need to update your address, size, or product, contact us immediately at info@furvanapetcare.com.


Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After that, we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.

To cancel, email us ASAP with your order number.



🔄 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will replace or refund any damaged, defective, or incorrect items free of charge.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.


Can I return my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The return is approved by our support team

Contact us to start a return and we’ll send you the nearest return address.


Can I exchange my item?

Yes — exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll process your exchange once the original item has been received and inspected.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured by trusted suppliers worldwide.
Most items are shipped from our partnered warehouses to ensure great pricing and reliable quality.


Are your products safe for pets?

Yes — we only select products that meet our quality standards.
If a product doesn’t meet our criteria, we do not list it.
